Job Summary
As an AI Manager / AI Lead at Dorsch Engineers, you will spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence within the Water & Environment division. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and executing a comprehensive AI strategy tailored to hydraulic engineering, water management, and environmental projects. You will identify high-impact AI applications, pilot and integrate these solutions into existing planning and operational workflows, and bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and technological innovation. Additionally, you will foster a culture of digital transformation by organizing training sessions and building an internal AI community across the company. This role is unique because it allows you to apply cutting-edge digital methods to critical infrastructure and environmental projects, directly influencing how engineering challenges are solved in the future. You will need a strong background in civil or water engineering combined with a passion for data analytics and software integration to succeed in this strategic position.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Civil Engineering (ideally with a specialization in Hydraulic Engineering/Water Management) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering or water management
- Experience in implementing digital methods or software solutions in engineering environments
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering requirements and technological implementation
