Job Summary
As an AI Manager / AI Lead at Dorsch Europe, you will spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence within the Water & Environment sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and executing a comprehensive AI strategy tailored to hydraulic engineering, water management, and environmental projects. You will identify high-impact AI applications, lead pilot projects, and integrate these solutions into existing planning and operational workflows. Furthermore, you will act as a bridge between technical AI capabilities and domain-specific engineering challenges, fostering a company-wide AI community through training and cross-departmental collaboration. This role is unique as it sits at the intersection of traditional civil engineering and cutting-edge digital transformation, allowing you to shape the future of environmental infrastructure projects. You will need a strong background in civil engineering, a passion for data-driven processes, and the ability to communicate complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Civil Engineering (ideally with a focus on Hydraulic Engineering or Water Management) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering, specifically water engineering or water management
- Experience in identifying and implementing digital or AI-driven solutions
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Experience in project planning and process integration
