Job Summary
As a Portfolio Manager at IBC SOLAR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of photovoltaic energy. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the product lifecycle, from defining requirements for new product inclusions to overseeing product phase-outs. You will act as a bridge between sales and procurement, formulating product requirements, coordinating market launches, and monitoring performance against target ranges. Additionally, you will conduct market and trend analyses, engaging with customers and suppliers to identify key needs. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in PV technologies and a solid understanding of the European solar market. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training or a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in product management or portfolio management
- Experience with photovoltaic products, technologies, and market dependencies
- Proven experience in both commercial trading and project-based business
- Experience in international communication and stakeholder management
