Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Process Automation, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the Ammerland district administration. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve identifying and evaluating innovative technology trends, analyzing complex business processes to uncover automation potential, and leading the end-to-end implementation of RPA and AI projects. You will act as a strategic advisor to various departments, developing standards for new technologies and fostering an internal AI network to facilitate knowledge transfer. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Public Administration, combined with a strong background in project management and process modeling. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, qualification for the first entry level of career group 2 (General Services in Lower Saxony) combined with a Master of Arts in Public Digitalization Management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in digitalization or organizational development is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and change management.
  • Proven expertise in process analysis and process modeling.
  • Knowledge of the legal frameworks governing administrative digitalization in Germany is considered an asset.
