Job Summary

As a Senior IT Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the digital infrastructure of the German Armed Forces at their locations in Belgium. Following an initial onboarding period in Germany, you will be stationed in Mons, Belgium, for a long-term assignment of 12 to 24 months. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing on-site incident management, hardware and software installation, system upgrades, and the administration of IT infrastructure, including networks and servers. You will provide 1st and 2nd-level support to end-users while ensuring compliance with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
