As the Sales Manager for Construction Materials in Hesse, you will lead the regional sales strategy for MHI Baustoff GmbH. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and expanding key client relationships, driving new business acquisition, and conducting market and competitor analyses. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, including high-level contract negotiations with construction and industrial partners, while collaborating closely with production, logistics, and executive leadership. Required Skills

Experience

- Demonstrated experience in leadership and team management.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and new business acquisition.
