Job Summary
In this role, you will serve as a key technical advisor for the heat pump product line. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert telephone and written support regarding product functionality and control systems. You will act as a central point of contact for internal sales teams, branches, and subsidiaries, assisting with complex technical inquiries and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will coordinate the deployment of field service technicians and actively participate in managing complaints and damage claims. This position is ideal for a candidate with an engineering or technical background who thrives in a collaborative environment. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Engineering, State-Certified Technician, or a comparable qualification, preferably with a background in refrigeration technology.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience with heat pump products
- Professional experience in technical consulting or customer support roles
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical complaints and coordinating service operations
Languages
Additional
- Valid work permit for Germany required.
