Job Summary
As the Managing Director, you will oversee the operational business of the association, taking full responsibility for personnel and financial management. You will work closely with the volunteer board to drive the strategic and economic development of the organization. A core focus of this role is the advancement of community work within the district, which involves collaborating with your team, municipal committees, local residents, and various cooperation partners. You will act as a key representative, engaging in active lobbying for the district within the city, political circles, and administrative bodies. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Social Economics, Social Management, Health and Social Services Management, or Pedagogy with equivalent qualification.
