Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation and timely execution of monthly payroll. You will manage administrative and technical payroll processes, maintain personnel master data, and handle official reporting and certification requirements. Your daily responsibilities include managing employment contracts, tracking attendance, and assisting with year-end closing activities. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and HR-related queries, as well as act as the liaison between the company, health insurance providers, and social security authorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of tax and social security regulations.
