Job Summary
As a Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Consultant and Developer, you will join a specialized team in Hamburg to drive digital transformation for mid-sized clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing client requirements, configuring and developing SharePoint applications, and designing innovative solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will serve as a coach and implementer, taking ownership of projects, conducting workshops, and optimizing business processes using tools like PowerApps and PowerAutomate. The role requires a blend of technical development skills and consulting expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and IT implementation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, flat-hierarchy environment that prioritizes personal development and uses modern technological standards. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from system administration to the development of custom workflows, while contributing to the overall digital strategy of the firm's clients.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or completed training as an IT Specialist for Application Development (or comparable qualification).
Experience
- Professional experience in the technical and functional implementation of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint projects
- Experience in process analysis and digitalization of business processes
- Experience in client-facing consulting and workshop facilitation
- Experience in taking on project or sub-project responsibility
