Job Summary

As an HR IT Systems Specialist at ODEG, you will serve as the primary interface between the HR department and IT systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing HR management tools, driving the digitalization and automation of HR processes, and acting as a project lead for system implementations and updates. You will be responsible for creating process documentation, conducting staff training, and ensuring high-quality data reporting for management and stakeholders. Additionally, you will troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with external service providers, and support the HR leadership team in daily operations. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Law with a focus on HR, or a comparable commercial vocational training (e.g., HR Services Specialist).

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in HR systems, process management, or IT-related projects.
  • Initial practical experience in project management (classical or agile methodologies).
  • Professional experience in HR management within a railway or logistics company is considered a plus.
  • Experience in applying collective bargaining agreements and collaborating with employee representative bodies.
