Job Summary

As a Vocational Trainer for Electronics Technicians, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of technical professionals. Your primary responsibility is to conduct both theoretical and practical training for apprentices specializing in information and communication technology devices. You will guide students in the proper use of tools, machinery, and precision measuring equipment, while monitoring their progress and preparing them for final examinations. Beyond instruction, you will contribute to the design of training curricula and participate in recruitment events like job fairs. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and pedagogical support, ensuring apprentices receive comprehensive guidance throughout their development. The position is based in Leck and offers a unique opportunity to work within a structured public service environment, emphasizing both technical excellence and the mentorship of future electronics specialists. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems (or equivalent). Possession of the 'Ausbildereignungsprüfung' (Trainer Aptitude Certificate) or willingness to obtain it.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in radio electronics.
  • Professional experience in technical training or similar educational environments is highly desired.
  • Experience in interpreting and applying technical data sheets.
  • Practical experience in analog, digital, and microprocessor technology.
  • Experience with PLC programming and 3D project creation is advantageous.
