Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training as a plant mechanic (SHK), electrician/electrical installer, mechatronics engineer, building technician, or equivalent certification in technical facility management.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in facility management or building services (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, MSR).
- Experience in the management and maintenance of commercial and rental properties.
- Proven capability in coordinating external service providers and managing technical building equipment.

- Valid driver's license (Class B) is mandatory. Participation in on-call duty (Rufbereitschaft) is required.
