Job Summary

As a Technical Project Manager for substations, you will be responsible for steering and successfully executing new construction and modernization projects within medium, high, and extra-high voltage infrastructure. Your day-to-day work involves managing project timelines, quality standards, and budgets from the initial proposal phase through to final acceptance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular reporting on progress, risks, and project milestones, while coordinating with both internal and external partners. Additionally, you will oversee change, claim, and measures management to ensure project success. This role offers the unique opportunity to actively contribute to the energy transition by working on critical energy transmission, distribution, and grid connection projects for industrial, wind, and solar sectors. You will need to demonstrate strong project management capabilities, technical expertise in electrical systems, and the ability to travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering (specializing in Energy or Automation Technology) or certification as a State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project execution or project monitoring within energy transmission and distribution
  • Leadership experience in technical project environments
