You will manage the entire project lifecycle, including tendering and contract awarding processes, while providing expert advice on procurement law. This position is vital for balancing the interests of rural development, agricultural structure, and environmental protection, including the implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor or FH) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering with a specialization in Civil Engineering (Tiefbau), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in civil engineering, specifically in road construction or environmental engineering
  • Experience in project management, including tendering and awarding of construction contracts
  • Proficiency in CAD and GIS software programs is preferred

  • Work permit for Germany required. The role is based in Coesfeld with a potential future relocation to Münster. The position is open to part-time work (minimum 50%).
