Job Summary
The Berufsförderungswerk Berlin-Brandenburg e. V. (BFW) is seeking an IT Instructor to join their team in Mühlenbeck. In this role, you will be responsible for training adults undergoing 24-month retraining programs to become IT specialists or IT systems electronics technicians. Your day-to-day duties will include conducting both in-person and online training sessions, teaching theoretical and practical content in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network technology, and preparing participants for their final IHK examinations. You will also contribute to the ongoing development and design of the training curriculum. This position is ideal for an experienced educator or IT professional who is passionate about vocational rehabilitation and supporting individuals in their professional reintegration. Required Skills
Education
Relevant degree in Computer Science or a comparable field; alternatively, a relevant completed vocational training.
Experience
- Professional experience as an instructor, trainer, or vocational teacher is required.
- Experience with AEVO (Trainer Aptitude Ordinance) certification is highly desirable.
- Practical experience in teaching network technology or operating systems is expected.

- Excellent German language skills at C2 level required. Position is based on a freelance contract (honorarvertrag) for up to 22 teaching units per week.
