Job Summary

As the Head of Vendor & Licence Management, you will lead a team of six professionals, driving the strategic development of Software Asset & Licence Management (SAM) within the ADAC IT Service GmbH. Your day-to-day responsibilities include establishing robust SAM processes, selecting appropriate management tools, and overseeing the full lifecycle of IT services to ensure cost-efficiency and quality compliance. You will act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders, procurement, and external IT providers, fostering a culture of trust and empowerment. This role is pivotal for the organization's technical modernization, offering the chance to shape governance structures and vendor relationships in a dynamic, large-scale IT environment. You will be instrumental in defining service levels and ensuring that IT contracts align with the company's broader digital transformation goals.
