Job Summary

As the Head of Financial Management & IT Controlling, you will lead a team of eight professionals at ADAC IT Service GmbH, the central IT provider for the ADAC group. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing processes. You will be instrumental in building and evolving an IT-specific controlling framework, managing service cost models, and driving the digitalization and automation of financial processes using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud. Beyond financial oversight, you will manage IT recruiting, personnel marketing, and the development of apprentices and dual students. This role is ideal for a leader who values trust, empowerment, and transparent communication.
