Job Summary

As a Technical Facility Management Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational integrity of our administrative facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating maintenance, inspection, and repair orders via SAP, while acting as the primary liaison between internal departments and external service providers. You will take ownership of building automation systems, including HVAC (RLT), building control technology (GLT/Priva), and communication center automation (KNX). Additionally, you will support electrical project work, manage defect tracking, and contribute to facility equipment upgrades, such as digital locking systems and lighting design. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial/technical vocational training in IT, supplemented by a state-certified technician qualification (staatlich geprüfte*r Techniker*in) OR a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in facility management or technical building operations
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance and inspection protocols
  • Experience in managing external service providers and contractors
  • Experience in technical project support, specifically within building infrastructure

Additional
