Job Summary
As a Mechatronics Engineer for Industrial Operations at our Mölln production site, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency and technical safety of our production lines and packaging machinery. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing systematic troubleshooting and repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will ensure high equipment availability, document maintenance activities digitally, and actively contribute to process optimization and the implementation of new production technologies. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys working in a highly automated environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in industrial maintenance or production environments
- Experience in systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting of complex machinery
- Experience in the food production industry is considered a significant advantage
- Familiarity with modern maintenance strategies, including predictive maintenance
