Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (Laufbahngruppe 2, first entry level), Administrative Training II (Verwaltungslehrgang II), Degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Verwaltungs-Betriebswirt), Banking/Savings Bank Business Administration degree, or a comparable Bachelor's/Master's degree with a focus on finance.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in finance, specifically in subsidy management or interest and debt management.
- Proven track record of high-performance ratings in previous professional roles.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated potential to manage and motivate staff.
