Job Summary

As a Microtechnologist, you will be instrumental in advancing technology solutions for various clients. Your daily tasks will involve conducting incoming goods inspections and visual component checks using a microscope, along with the assembly, cleaning, and joining of semiconductor components according to technical specifications. You will operate laboratory equipment such as wedge bonders, vacuum pumps, measurement PCs, and oscilloscopes, performing and documenting measurements, including spectroscopic tests. This role requires meticulous record-keeping, data sheet creation, and maintaining laboratory documentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics, coupled with experience in semiconductor manufacturing, testing, or assembly.
