As an Application and Support Specialist, you will be the primary technical consultant and problem-solver for German and international clients, providing support via phone, email, remote access, and on-site visits. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include commissioning regulator and SCADA systems, diagnosing complex issues, and developing effective solutions. You'll also contribute to the release process of hardware and software products and share valuable customer insights with product management to drive portfolio development. Furthermore, you will leverage your expertise to conduct training sessions for clients and sales partners, ensuring the market success of your product group.
