Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at our Dietzenbach location, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal users, providing technical assistance via phone, ticketing systems, and in-person support. Your daily responsibilities include setting up and configuring new hardware and software, troubleshooting Windows-based systems, resolving network issues, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. You will play a crucial role in maintaining IT security standards through updates and patches, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and documenting all incidents within our ticketing system. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to service excellence. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or a university degree in IT, or a comparable qualification; CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
Experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
- Proven experience in hardware configuration and maintenance
- Practical experience with Active Directory and user account management
- Experience with IT security standards and endpoint management tools

- Must be able to work on-site in Dietzenbach (no remote work). Willingness to work occasional shifts outside of regular business hours. Valid work permit for Germany required.
