Job Summary
This role involves acting as the client representative for the District of Karlsruhe, focusing on technical building management with a specialization in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing). You will serve as the primary point of contact for specialist planners, contractors, and project managers. Your daily responsibilities include providing technical expertise for building construction projects, performing construction supervision and site inspections, managing cost control, and reviewing invoices for technical building services. Additionally, you will utilize CAD software to create and edit technical schematics and contribute to the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) within the district's property lifecycle. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in HVAC (HLSK) engineering OR qualified Master/Technician certification with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in construction management and site supervision
- Interdisciplinary experience in technical building services (TGA)
- Experience in client-side representation or project planning roles
- Experience with BIM methodology is considered an advantage
