Job Summary

As an Installer Support Engineer based in Berlin, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for certified installers of residential energy storage and EV charging solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing remote technical assistance via phone and ticketing systems, troubleshooting complex hardware issues, and determining when on-site field service intervention is necessary. You will maintain accurate case documentation within the company's CRM, provide technical training to installers, and collaborate closely with internal Service, Operations, and Sales teams. This role is ideal for a professional with a technical background in electrical or mechatronics who excels at problem-solving and clear communication. You will be working in a stable, full-time environment within the rapidly expanding renewable energy and e-mobility sector, contributing directly to the success of sustainable infrastructure installations.
