Technical Director | Technische Leitung (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As the Technical Director, you will provide comprehensive leadership for the operational divisions of electricity, heat, and water supply, as well as civil engineering, planning, network construction, and maintenance. You will oversee a team of approximately 50 employees across the technical operations and project management departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include strategic development, budget management, project steering—specifically in district heating—and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. You will be instrumental in implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with DIN ISO 27001 and related standards, while reporting key performance indicators directly to the executive board. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about driving the local energy transition through innovation and sustainable infrastructure management.
