Job Summary
As an AI Solution Developer at Lupp + Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within a leading transaction law firm. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve designing and implementing AI-driven workflows and agents, building robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for document search, and optimizing prompt engineering for high-quality, secure outputs. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and internal stakeholders—including legal, HR, and finance professionals—to translate complex business needs into iterative, effective AI solutions. Additionally, you will lead workshops, conduct demos, and document processes to ensure organizational knowledge sharing.
