As a Customer Success and Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of dental practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a dedicated customer base throughout the entire lifecycle, conducting software onboarding and training for dental teams, and analyzing key performance indicators to drive optimization. You will proactively manage churn to ensure long-term retention while identifying opportunities for account growth. You will collaborate closely with the Product, Sales, and Marketing departments to improve service delivery. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in dental practice management (ZMV/ZFA) who are looking to transition into a customer-focused tech role.
