Job Summary

This role offers a pivotal opportunity to lead major infrastructure programs crucial to the energy transition in Southern Germany. As an Overall Project Manager, you will oversee large-scale high-voltage direct current (HVDC) projects, ensuring they meet strict cost, quality, and scheduling requirements. Beyond project execution, you will act as a primary client liaison and drive business development by identifying new opportunities in grid reinforcement and substation projects. You will transition from managing individual projects to leading comprehensive grid expansion programs, including 110 kV regional grids and renewable energy integration. The position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and extensive experience in energy infrastructure. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering with a focus on energy, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • 10–15 years of professional experience in the energy infrastructure sector.
  • Several years of experience in leading and supervising large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in project or program management/control.
  • Specific experience with high-voltage grids, HVDC or grid expansion projects, substations, and cable routing.
  • Demonstrated leadership competence and strategic understanding of infrastructure markets.
