Job Summary
As a Quality Management Specialist in Customer Service at ENGESER, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high product standards within the cable and connection technology sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach, conducting root cause analyses using established methodologies like 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa, and coordinating corrective actions across internal departments and international production sites. You will serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries from national and international clients and contribute to the development of FMEA processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, and excellent communication skills. Required Skills
Education
Technical university degree or technical vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician. Additional certification as a Quality Management Representative (QMB) or Quality Manager (DGQ) is highly preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in quality management within a manufacturing company
- Experience in applying QM methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa
- Experience in coordinating corrective and preventive actions
