Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at GRIMME, a globally leading family-owned manufacturer in agricultural technology, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and technical issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of support tickets—from initial recording and classification via service desk, phone, and email to analysis, resolution, and documentation. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency by provisioning hardware, including clients, mobile devices, and peripherals, while collaborating closely with internal IT teams and external service providers. This role requires a strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently to solve complex technical problems.
