Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at Berger Holding, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and system incidents. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the first-level support desk, analyzing and resolving incoming tickets, and facilitating the smooth operation of IT systems for users. You will work extensively with Windows, Citrix, and Microsoft 365 environments, while also managing hardware procurement, configuration, and the deployment of end-user devices such as notebooks and thin clients. A key part of your role involves documenting solutions in the knowledge base and coordinating with second-level support for complex technical issues. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT-related field or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in first-level IT support and user assistance.
- Demonstrated experience in managing ticket and asset management systems.
- Proven background in the administration of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Solid understanding of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
