Job Summary
As a Finance and Accounting Specialist (FP&A Analyst) at Colibrium Additive, you will serve as a key Finance Business Partner, managing the P&L for printer operations including Laser, EBM, and HQ functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve steering financial operations, tracking expenditures, managing PO requests, and supporting monthly and quarterly closing processes. You will play a critical role in standardizing reporting, driving cost-productivity projects, and implementing LEAN/FLIGHT DECK methodologies to streamline financial processes. By translating complex data into actionable insights, you will directly influence investment decisions and global growth strategies. This role is unique because it sits at the intersection of advanced additive manufacturing technology and strategic financial management, offering the opportunity to shape the financial future of a high-tech industrial leader. You will work in a hybrid environment, requiring three days of office presence in either Lichtenfels or Budapest, collaborating with global stakeholders to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial operations, including reporting and forecasting
- Experience in managing P&L responsibilities and cost-center accounting
- Demonstrated experience in process documentation and implementation of financial standards
- Experience in data-driven decision support and stakeholder management

- Must be willing to work on-site at either the Lichtenfels or Budapest location three days per week. Ability to work within a global team structure.
