As an AI Feature Development Tech Lead, you will spearhead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features within our industrial software business. You will be responsible for the technical steering of cloud-based AI applications, focusing specifically on time-series and tabular data to drive innovation in manufacturing environments. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery, and providing technical guidance to an interdisciplinary development team. You will act as a bridge between complex technical research and business stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure project alignment. This role is unique because it combines Bosch’s deep production domain knowledge with cutting-edge AI research. You will operate in an international environment, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence. Required Skills

Education

Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Experience

  • Proven professional experience in delivering production-grade AI features for cloud-based industrial applications.
  • Extensive experience in building and leading AI development teams.
  • Proven track record in driving innovation within AI feature development.
  • Professional experience working in international and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI and software applications for manufacturing is considered an advantage.
