Job Summary

As a Senior System Engineer within the IT-Systemhaus of the Federal Employment Agency, you will play a critical role in maintaining and evolving one of Germany's largest IT infrastructures. You will focus on the 'Real-time Communication' team, ensuring the stability and security of Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business for over 130,000 users. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning, managing, and maintaining complex IT systems, troubleshooting performance issues, and driving the automation of IT operations. You will also contribute to the organization's cloud strategy, emphasizing digital sovereignty and data protection. This role is unique because it offers the chance to work on a massive, high-impact national infrastructure while enjoying the flexibility of up to 80% remote work.
