Job Summary

As a Business Process Expert for SAP SD at Dräger, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing customer order processing systems for our global operations. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and managing their implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will provide 2nd-level support to key users worldwide, conduct user training, and lead system testing and documentation efforts. This role requires a strong background in Order-to-Cash processes and deep expertise in SAP SD, along with knowledge of integration points like MM, FI, and CO. We are looking for someone who excels in analytical problem-solving and enjoys working in an international environment.
