Job Summary
As an IT Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing IT service management practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining and implementing IT Service Management processes, aligning them with ITIL principles. You will collaborate closely with operational IT Service Management specialists to standardize workflows and expand service offerings, ensuring target-group-oriented communication and managing process and service descriptions, as well as policies. This position is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to apply their expertise in IT service management, process design, and business-IT alignment within a dynamic environment. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification; OCEB certification (ideally)
Experience
- Comprehensive experience in applying the BPMN 2.0 standard and a corresponding modeling tool
- Professional experience in IT Service Management
- Professional experience in Business-IT Alignment, Process, or Service Design
- Strong understanding of IT processes
