Job Summary
As an Organizational Consultant at BAHN-BKK, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of Germany's leading corporate health insurance providers. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading projects focused on internal organizational development and the implementation of 'New Work' initiatives. You will work closely with partners to design solution concepts using a variety of analytical and organizational methodologies. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellter) combined with further studies or additional qualifications, or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in project management or organizational consulting is desirable.
- Experience in process analysis and optimization within a corporate environment.
