Job Summary
As an IT Specialist at KÖTTER Services, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI potential and practical business application. This role is focused on tangible results rather than hype, requiring you to identify, develop, and deploy AI and automation solutions that streamline manual processes. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of digitalization projects—from analyzing business pain points and building business cases to prototyping, integrating via APIs, and scaling solutions into production. You will collaborate closely with IT, organizational departments, and executive leadership to define a strategic AI roadmap. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who combines technical implementation skills with strong business acumen. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business, IT, Digitalization, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in transformation, process, or digitalization projects.
- Proven experience in analyzing business processes and deriving prioritized use cases.
- Practical experience in prototyping or implementing AI and automation solutions.
- Experience in managing internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Work permit for Germany required. Willingness to work on-site as needed (2 days/week home office policy). Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks regarding AI and data usage.
