Job Summary
As an IT Instructor and Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding career changers through their transition into the IT industry. You will act as a mentor and facilitator for small learning groups, utilizing the eduScrum 2.0 framework to foster independent and technical competence. Your day-to-day responsibilities include moderating agile ceremonies such as planning sessions, dailies, and retrospectives, while providing hands-on support for IT projects. You will conduct targeted workshops to deepen technical understanding and utilize open-source collaboration tools to ensure transparent progress. This position is ideal for an experienced IT professional who is passionate about education and servant leadership.
