Job Summary
This role involves working at the Neuromed Campus, focusing on specialized medical physics tasks within neuroradiology. The successful candidate will be responsible for MR safety assessments, managing MR sequences, and providing technical support for functional MRI (fMRT) paradigms and statistical analyses. Day-to-day duties include evaluating behavioral, DTI, and structural MR image data, as well as managing clinical data preparation, archiving, and documentation. Additionally, the role encompasses radiation protection responsibilities. Candidates are expected to possess a strong background in physics and medical image processing, with a proactive approach to scientific research and the implementation of new techniques into clinical routines. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Physics (Master of Science or equivalent). A Doctorate is considered an advantage.
Experience
- Professional experience in medical image processing
- Experience with fMRT analysis software such as BrainVoyager, FSL, or SPM
- Experience in academic teaching is considered an advantage
- Willingness to engage in scientific work and clinical routine implementation
