Job Summary

As a Senior IT Architect, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, integrating, and testing complex document and content management solutions. Your role involves providing architectural consultation to various departments and clients regarding applications and IT technologies, and taking responsibility for the design and transition of both on-premises and cloud-based collaboration solutions. You will also manage problem resolution by coordinating service groups, oversee release and security management for IT solutions, and identify and mitigate security risks. Additionally, you will contribute to knowledge building, management, and transfer within the document and content management domain, including developing and structuring training concepts.
