The IKT-OST AöR is seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support the digital transformation of educational institutions in the Neubrandenburg region. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for service requests, bridging the gap between school administrations and IT service delivery. Your daily responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing technical requirements, managing service levels (SLAs), and consulting with schools on the implementation of suitable IT solutions. You will also contribute to strategic roadmaps, cost-benefit analyses, and investment planning. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/FH) in Business Informatics, Public Administration Informatics, or a related technical/economic field.
Experience

- Experience in drafting service descriptions and cost calculations for IT services
- Professional experience in IT service management and SLA derivation

- Valid driver's license (Class B), work permit for Germany, and ability to provide documentation for foreign educational degrees.
