Job Summary
As an IT Specialist at Bürgelin IT, you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring IT systems for business clients with up to 250 users. Your day-to-day work involves managing Microsoft server environments, installing and maintaining network infrastructures (WAN, LAN, WLAN), and providing high-quality 1st and 2nd level support. You will act as a customer-oriented problem solver, managing your own projects with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating within a supportive team. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in server and network management, strong communication skills for client interaction, and a proactive approach to system monitoring and patch management. Required Skills
Education
