Job Summary

This role involves leading the classification project within the ambulatory sector, forming a critical part of the national DigiSanté program at the Federal Office of Statistics (UST). The core responsibilities include performing detailed analyses on the utilization and implementation of classification systems, such as ICD-11 and rare disease classifications. You will be instrumental in coordinating communication with internal, national, and international partners, and establishing necessary steering groups and committees. To succeed, candidates must possess a university degree in medicine, nursing, or medical informatics, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, specifically involving ambulatory care. Crucially, excellent knowledge of Swiss ambulatory classifications and tariff systems is required, alongside proven project and process management expertise. Required Skills

Education

Medical Doctor (MD), University degree in Nursing, or Medical Informatics, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • At least three years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, including the ambulatory sector.
  • Proven multi-year experience in project and process management.
  • Professional experience collaborating with internal and external partners in the healthcare sector.
