As a Technical Facility Management Engineer, you will serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding all aspects of technical and infrastructural building management. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning, calculating, and managing building services projects, including new constructions, renovations, and expansions. You will operate technical systems, utilize CAFM software, and manage building automation systems. Furthermore, you will oversee maintenance planning, warranty tracking, and coordinate with specialized contractors, as well as support TÜV inspections and energy/environmental management initiatives.
