Job Summary
This role involves the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems within the Chempark Leverkusen industrial site. You will be responsible for laying cables, mounting switchgear, and installing essential building infrastructure such as lighting, communication networks, and security systems, including fire alarm and video surveillance setups. A core part of your day-to-day work includes troubleshooting, conducting measurements, and ensuring all documentation complies with DIN VDE standards. You will collaborate closely with site management and other trades to support modernization and energy efficiency projects. This position offers a permanent, long-term employment contract with a stable placement at a specific client site, providing a reliable work environment. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in electrical installation, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical installation and building technology
- Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of complex building systems
- Proven ability to perform measurements and testing according to industry standards
