Job Summary

This critical role involves managing the project for ambulatory classifications within the scope of the national DigiSanté program at the Federal Statistical Office. The Project Manager will be responsible for analyzing implementation possibilities for these systems, coordinating efforts with diverse national and international stakeholders, and establishing necessary steering committees. A key aspect is participating in the development of classifications at a global level (such as ICD-11 and rare diseases). Candidates must possess a medical degree or an advanced degree in nursing or medical informatics, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in the ambulatory domain. Success requires strong project and process management skills, deep knowledge of Swiss ambulatory classifications and tariff systems, and high social competence to effectively influence partners. Required Skills

Education

Medical Doctor degree, Advanced degree in Nursing, Advanced degree in Medical Informatics, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, including the ambulatory domain

  • Solid experience in process management
