As an IT Support Specialist (2nd Level), you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our Windows and Linux environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex technical incidents within the IT infrastructure, collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support teams, and contributing to the administration of server systems and networks. You will also participate in exciting IT projects, such as system migrations and automation initiatives, while ensuring documentation is kept up to date. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in operating systems and network infrastructure, along with experience in collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams.
